We access email metadata (subject, sender, timestamps), message content, and status information (read/unread, archived, starred).

Calendar Integration Data Usage

When you connect calendar services (Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or other providers), we access your calendar data to provide scheduling assistance, meeting summaries, and calendar management features. We access event details (title, description, attendees, time, location), availability information, and calendar metadata.

General Integration Principles

• We access only the minimum data necessary for functionality
• Data is never shared, sold, or used for advertising purposes
• Integration data is not disclosed to third parties except as necessary to operate our services
• We comply with all applicable API terms of service and data protection requirements
• All integration data is deleted within 90 days of account deletion or upon user request
